A co-ownership model
The EquitiJet co-ownership model does not constitute a “financial product” as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). It is important to note that:
>Each syndicate member holds a direct beneficial interest in the asset. (e.g. the aircraft title or bare trust, as applicable).
>There is no pooling and redistributing of income and each participant has no expectation that someone else will manage it for a return.
>It is joint ownership of a tangible asset with shared costs.
>Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice.
